Out to Payson Park and than back to the house. The old legs were tired but I pushed through and jusy stayed with it the best I could. I finished up with some upper body weights and some Pushups. My average pace was 9:06 with a total time of 1:05:42, It was a beautiful morning and then tmps were perfect.

Harry's Hill down via Mt Loafer school. I had 1 MP on the downhill at 8:06 with my average pace being 9:19 with a total time of 1:07:01. I finished up with some upper and lower body weights. It was a good mixture of up hill and downhill and I felt okay just a little tired in the legs.
