| Out towards Gu Corner and back. Legs were feeling pretty engaging but the pace average was slower thgan I thought it would be... It was still a great run and I am glad I was able to get out and start the day off right. My average pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:05:16, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| I just ran along canal road and I ran some sprints and a few pick-ups. I had 2 MP miles during, 8:09, 7:59, I finished up with some lower body weights. My average pace was 8:48 with a total time of 53:53.

| Pretty Little Hill extended and then I dropped of the Camaro and ran home from the storage unit. I felt pretty darn good this morning and the legs were pretty up beat, at least for me any way. My average pace was 8:41 with a total time of 1:02:53, I Finished up with some lower body weights.

| Ususal Saturday route out to the river bottoms and back. It was a little wet but not to bad and it was good to get out. My average pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:31:14, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. It was a good wat to end to the week.
