Payson Park loop but I cut out the rollers, I did not feel good at all and it was nothing like on Saturday when I felt pretty damn good. I guess you have to take the good with the bad eh. My average pace was slow at 9:13 with a total time of 57:36, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

Only was able to get to the Base of Harrys hill and then I had to go home suddenly. Life can surely get in the way somtimes. Hopefully tomorrow is better. Average pace was supper slow at 9:59 with a total time of 22:12. Probably runners intution?

Harrys Hill Like a Lamb... My pace is way off and just stiff and tired legs is getting old. My average pace was 9:04 with a total time of 57:57 and I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some push-ups.

Salem Days 5K route extended, I felt way better today so I'll take it as it has been far and few between for runs that felt half way decent. My average pace was 8:37 with a total time of 54:32, I finished up with some loer body weights.

Super wet by the end but I still got her done, pace was a little slow but thats to be expected... I'm still glad I got out and ran. My average pace was 9:12 with a total time of 1:32:51, no weights today.
