To snowy outside so I hit the ellitical for 30 minutes and then 2 miles on the treadmill, I finished up with some upper and lower body weight training and some psuh-ups. Its a good start to the week.

Out towards Mini Gu Corner but I stopped short, My average pace was 8:52 with a total time of 45:52. I finished up with some upper and lower body weight training and some push-ups, my pace was a little better today and so was my breathing... Baby Steps.

I ran a little Farther out to Gu Corner and back via canal road, my legs felt pretty good and I can see that the strength training is starting payoff, I just have to stay with it. My aveage pace was8:53 with a total time of 1:12:18, I finished up with some upper and lower body weight training and some push-ups.
