No training again today, trying to give my leg some time off and see if it will heal up... This is very, very, very frustrating.... I'm going to give it until monday and see how it feels and then go from there, if it is on the mend then I might give alittle more time to see how it does. This is not fun, did I say this not fun,  I think I did...

PM walked 9 holes of Golf at HobbleCreek Golf course, with my shin support and it felt okay, but was alittle sore afterwards.

Hang in there little Bro. this to shall pass. You will be back on the road in know time. Do you have a bike to ride? This might help take away some of the frustration.

Clay this is temporary! You are going to be okay. In fact, this is going to be your best marathon ever!! I can feel it! Ask Ashman. Do you have access to an elliptical? Tomorrow I better see something in the way of cross training. I'll be watching... CLAY ROCKS! CLAY ROCKS! CLAY ROCKS! CLAY ROCKS! CLAY ROCKS! CLAY ROCKS!
