I felt pretty good on this one. It was good to have a long run like this where I felt stronger and stronger as the run went on. I'll have a good strong week next week and the do a little taper the week of the race and then see what happens. I had 6 MP miles and my average pace for the long run was 8:57 with a total time of 2:24:19. If I could have had flat to a slight down hill at the end I feel like I could have keep going. Good feeling.

See you Monday.
