My groin and hip were a little sore this morning so I didn't do the treadmill and kept the pace a little easier on the elliptical, 45 minutes total with the RPM around 90 for most of the workout... I then finished up with my core training and some push-ups, and the usual stretching. I wish I could get this thing healed up so I could get back out on the road again, it seems like I have been injured for ever, I'm sick of it! Oh well, at least I can still do somethings I guess I should count my blessings... Its probably been good that I haven't been running outside with all the smog, my lungs are thanking me for sure!

See ya tomorrow.

Clay...I know the feeling about being injured forever. I've got this hip/lower back thing that I just can't seem to shake. It always bothers me and I have had it going on for almost a year now. I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever go away. I'll keep the faith if you will.

Ya I hear ya Jeff, its hard to keep the faith sometimes but I'm with ya on that.

I will try and keep the faith my friend;-)
