I ran out towards Payson this morning and I saw no shooting stars, it was a little cloudy. My pace was really quick and up beat, at least for me it was! Towards the end of my run my watch malfunctioned but just as I finished my forth mile I noticed I was averaging an 7:55 or better mile so I will go by that and my splits were as follows; mile 1 8:18, mile 2 7:57, mile 3 7:50, mile 4 7:34 and then I did a .67 cool down total time was 38:58 I think thats right but who knows with this stupid watch... So a nice little progression run and I am pretty pleased about it my foot was sore a little but my hip did really well so that was a good sign. I will probably run again early tomorrow morning before we head to the airport, and then take Sunday off and then on Monday to some cross training on the ship, it should be fun. I hope theres no big waves, I don't want to be sea sick the whole time!

I finished up with some upper body weight training, usual routine, low weight and lots of reps of each exercise..

See ya tomorrow...

Nice job Clay. Hey have fun on the cruise, Kim and I have been on 6 of them and had a blast every time, even though we've had hurricanes to deal with on a couple of them.
