I beat last weeks time by a little bit. I had really good splits on the downhill and the flat portion they went like this. 7:48 steep DH, 7:55 Steep DH, 7:34 half up and half down, 7:05 DH and flat, 7:08 flat all. My average pace was 7:43 with a total time of 49:01, I beat last weeks time by about 50 Seconds... I&#39;m running the ST George marathon this year again and my boston qualify time is 3:40:00, so&nbsp;I will be counting every mile under 8:20 a MP mile, where I need to average an 8:23 pace to get my time.
