I ran out to Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house all via canal road, It was windy at times and the old legs were pretty tired from 3 days in a row of running. My average pace was 9:15 with a total time of 56:06, I finished up with some lower body weight training... It was a pretty good week for me and I'm glad I was a little more consistant, If I could just add in a day or two then I could start getting some fitness in again, Thats the goal. I will have to go less miles on some of those days as I just don't have the fitness level to go the 6 miles everyday, I will have to work up to that over the next few months.
