I ran out towards Payson this morning on a snow but beautiful day, legs felt like crap but I really don't care, its more about getting out and just enjoying the day than anything. All my races are done for the year and now I just want to stay steady and run for the joy of it... My average pace was slow at 9:21 with a total time of 44:09, after the run I did some upper body weight training and then finished up with a few push-up, it was a great way to start the day.

I ran out to Mini Gu Corner via canal road and then back to the house on a very brisk morning, my legs felt marginal at best and I'm still having that soreness in the middle of each of my butt cheeks. My average pace was 8:54 with a total time of 54:05, I'm going to try and get a little more consistant with my daily running, I'm tired of being lazy.
