I'm feeling a little bit better today but not well enough to run, but I am hoping tomorrow will be the day. This cold has really kicked my butt! I haven't been sick in a long time so I guess it was time for a good cold!

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out past the stake center and towards Mini GU, I felt okay but my legs are still way dead and my hernia that's not a hernia was supper sore for some dumb reason! I really thought I was on the road to recovery there but apparently not!  My average pace was slow 9:28 with a total time of 38:41. I feel so horrible anymore that I really wonder why I'm still running, it has been a frustrating 2 or 3 months. On a lighter note my stepson Mason comes home from his mission today! I can't believe its been 2 years already!

See ya tomorrow.

Ended up not getting anything done today. I was up until after 2am and I just was dead and then no time in the evening after work.

See ya tomorrow.

Happy Holloween!

I ran out past Gu Corner and then down into the river bottoms, when I hit my 5 mile mark I headed back to the house the same way. My pace was a little better this morning and my legs seemed to respond a lot better than they have. The last couple of miles I slowed some but that was just from the extra miles, my average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 1:28:21, this is my first double digit run for a while and I was happy to be able to do it. My pace was still a little slower but I'm only about 15 seconds per mile slower than I was before I got injured so I am on the right track

See ya Monday.
