Just a nice afternoon run after work, average pace was 9:00 with a total time of 29:43. I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

Day two. Out to the tee and back, legs felt horrible and it felt like I was crawling but hey what you going to do complain about it or do something about it. I finished up with some leg presses, my average pace was 9:13 with a total time of 31:54.

Highline canal route, a little uphill and then a little downhill, I flet okay on the uphill but then on the downhill I had some pain where I've been having it as of late from the bottom of my butt muscles and then halfway down my legs. So it must have something to do with going downhill because I didn't feel it on the uphill or when I'm running on the flat. Although I did feel it after the downhill on the flat so it must get weak in that area. I don't know why. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 29:12, I finished up with some upper body weight training.

Salem Days 5K route started at my house, I was faster on the uphill than I was on the downhill which was kinda weird but a pleasant surprise. My average pace was 8:37 with a total time of 27:18, I finished up with lower body leg presses. Good postive run.

I ran a little further today as I missed running yesterday. Out to mini Gu and back, my pace was better on the second half but legs weren’t happy about it. My average pace 8:44.
