Well I tried some running this morning on the treadmill and I was really surprised by everything, I ran 2.20 miles in 19 minutes and i had a couple of quarter mile repeats at an 8 minute pace in the middle of the run.. My calf seemed to do pretty good and there was hardly any pain at all, I'm not sure what that means but I will try it out on the road tomorrow and see how it goes. I did still have some pain in my abdominal area but it seemed to get better the farther I went so that is a positive as well, I will try running 3 miles tomorrow and see how I do and if theres no pain then I will increase a little each day until the end of the week and then see where I'm at. If I can go this whole week with no pain and if I could get a couple of long runs in before Marathon then I might give it a try. I figure if I can get in a 15 miler and then an 18 miler in consecutive weeks then it could be doable. I don't want to get a head of myself though cuz then I'll just be disappointed again and i don't want to go through that.

I tried running outside today, I ran out past the stake center and out to the T in the road. Calf was marginal at best but my abdominal aera was not good, it pretty much hurt every step so that was not good... Calf started to hurt a little towards but nothing to bad, I don't know what the heck I've done to my abdominals, I must have strained it some how. Pace wasn't bad at the start but I was pretty much just jogging at the end so my pace slowed the further I went, that was mostly because of my abdomen. My average pace was 9:10 with a total time of 31:21, after the run I did some light lower body weight training to finish up. I don't really know where I go from here, I will stay running for as long as I can this week and see if it gets better. I should have my Elliptical fixed in a few days so I would like to run some and then cross training on the ellipitical if I can. I know that I can do that for as long as I can stand so maybe run 3 to 4 miles and then 3 miles on the elliptical, maybe. It all depends on if I can continue to run or not, if I can't then I'm just going to stop everything and just get healed up.

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out towards Payson this morning, I felt a little better this morning but my pace is so pathedic its really frustrating. I am hoping after a few more runs that this will subside and I will have a little more zip,  I hope anyway... Average pace was slower than Tuesday at 9:19 with a total time of 38:27, I did do some lower body weight training to finish up. I'm thankful to be running even though I am a long way away from where I was 6 weeks ago, we will see how it goes tomorrow.

See ya tomorrow.

Nothing felt good today, leg & Calf  hurt and abdonmin was super sore so I didn't run. I am offically out of the marathon there is no way I can even com close to running more than 5 miles if even that. So maybe next year. I need to get healed up so I can start attacking it again.

Later.
