When you are in the middle of a VPB and the owner of the barn stops by to get a bale of hay... Not the best feeling in the world. I hope I don't run into him at the grocery store... My ITBand loosened up after a few miles and then was tolerable after that. I had 1.20 MP miles at the end, 8:06, my average pace was 8:41 with a total time of 1:02:39. I also did some lower body weight training to finish up.

See you tomorrow.

I ran up Mount Loafer canyon to the gate and then back to the house, ITBand was okay on the way up and tolerable on the way down. I might try Payson Canyon with the boys on Tuesday. I hade 3.91 MP miles 7:55, 7:51, 7:56, .31 7:57. I accidentally switched my watch of so I had two seperate runs on my watch. Not sure of my average pace. I finished up with some lower body weight training.

See you tomorrow.

I really struggled this morning. My legs were dead from mile 6 on and it waas the worst that I have felt in a while. I don't know what happened today but it is what is. My average pace was slow at, 9:03 with a total time of 1:51:17, Hopefully next week will be a better week for me.

See you Monday.
