Payson Park Loop but I cut out the rollers, Pace was good and steady but my legs were a little weak at times. My average pace was 8:21 with a total time of 52:06, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. It was a good run but I jusdt want my strength back from a couple of weeks ago berfore I got this darn cold.

See you tomorrow.

I felt okay through the first half but then the wheels came off, I just didn't have the energy and the last few weeks of dealing with my cough and cold just took its toll. It was a great race though Honoring my dad and my brother-in-law who both died from cancer in the last few years, its a great race for a good cause.

See uou Monday.
