I ran after work today hoping to miss the rain and I found a window at around  5pm, but I did get dumped on the last couple of miles, it wasn't to bad though. I ran the Payson Park loop but I cut out the rollers, my pace was okay with an average of 8:28 with a total time of 52:48 I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups... A good start to the week, my son Ethan informed me that he will be playing varsity tomorrow for soccer I am really proud of him. He is a great kid and a hard worker and it is starting to pay off.

See Ya tomorrow.

To much work today and then no time after work with soccer games and the like. I hope tomorrow I can find time to get a run in, at least thats the plan.
