I would like to stay healthy this year and qualify for Boston, 2008 was pretty tough injury wise...

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and keep running until I'm really old, and maybe run a sub 3 hour marathon...

I am Married and my wife Cindie and I have 5 kids. I am an insurance agent and have an agency with my Dad that we have had for all most 30 Plus years.

I ran out to mini Gu Corner and back, just the usual Tuesday run. I felt pretty darn good and the pace was upbeat, atleast for me anyway, HA. My aveage pace was 8:23 with a total time of 51:26, this is where I have been wanting to get but I can't do that pace  everyday so I need to get more consistant with my daily runs and not keep missing one or two days a week.

Payson Park loop and back but I cut out the rollers, I felt pretty good again and the pace was upbeat. My average pace was 8:24 with a total time of 52:37, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

Out to the river bottoms and back and then I felt pretty good so I ran a few more around the house, I felt pretty good and my aveage pace was pretty upbeat at least for me anyway. Average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 1:42:05, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. It was a decent week of training and I'm really happy with the effort.
