Out to Mini Gu Corner and back to the house, it was a beautiful morning and I'm glad I was able to get out in the morning for a change. My average apce was 8:48 with a total time of 54:00 even, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

Salem Days 5K route extended, I just couldnt get into the run for some odd reason but I still got her done. Pace was slow at 8:50 with a total time of 55:10, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

From T to T on Canal road, I felt like my pace was faster than it was but my watch said otherwise. But it was still a great run and it was crisp beautiful morning. My average pace was 8:34 with a total time of 56:06.
