Out to Mini Gu Corner and back later in the morning, average pace was 8:38 with a total time of 52:53, I finished up with some upper weight training and then some push-ups. Its a good start to the week.

Pretty Little Hill extended, I had really good turnover and rhythm again and it felt pretty darn goo! Just enjoying the ride. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 52:56, I finished up with some upper body weights.

Another really good day of rhythm and turnover, I felt really good again. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 53:32, I did some 3 minute pickups on canal road on the flat and that mile pace was a MP at 7:48.

Foggy and dangerous out there this morning but I got her done. Was supper tired on the last few, must have been from the skiing yesterday but it was still a good run. My average pace was slower than I'd like at 8:47 with a total time of 1:46:39. I had a pretty good week. I'm happy with it.
