Woodland Hills downhill run this morning, the same route as last week but I went a little faster my legs felt way stronger today than last week so that is a good sign. I had 4 MP miles in the downhill sections and they were, 7:58, 7:53, 7:41, 7:54, my average pace for the run was 8:09 with a total time of 1:00:02. It was another good run and I like the road that I'm on, I hope I can keep it up and stay injury free this year.
