Well, I tried some new topical stuff on my calf that I got from Pat Loss that he has used in the past and it seemed to help a little bit. I was able to run some but I really didn't feel great just from the fact that I just have no energy, but the calf did better today so I have decided to give this thing another week and my plan is to see if I can get my mileage back up to where it was before the injury this next week...  And then if I can get in a decent long run next week, 10 to 15 miles, then my plan is to stay in this and see what I can do, I would still have time to get in a couple 20 milers and then maybe not taper as much but again that will all depend on next week. I will have to be able to be back up to at least 6 to 7 miles a day by Friday and then a decent long run on Saturday. No watch today as it was out of battery but it felt like about an 9 minute mile, very slow and very laboring, I hit the elliptical for 3 miles in 30 minutes and I felt a little better after that. I all so did my lower body weight training in between the running and the elliptical.

See ya Monday.

Keep hanging in there Bro. And don't give up yet. You still have a chance to make this happen. Just do what your body will give you for the moment. Your in my prayers dude.
