I was able to get out a little early in the afternoon and it was a super nice day! Its sick that I'm saying that but at 20 degrees it felt like summer was back, you have to love winters in the great state of Utah! I ran some hills today and wasn't to sure what to expect but I headed out to Mt loafer school via Canal road and then up Loafer canyon road, up to the Mailboxes and then over to the top of Harrys Hill and then home via canal road. This is a pretty tough little hill run cuz you have both up and down hill and it can work you pretty good, I had 2 miles in the MP range and they were 7:32, mostly downhill and then the next one at 7:55, this one was mostly flat and I didn't feel like I was working hard at all. My total time was 59:38 and my average pace was 8:24, this was a very good run for me, anytime I can run this route under 60 minutes I have had a good run, I really didn't have any leg fatigue at all so that was a really good sign.  So kind of a runners high right now and I haven't had one of those for awhile, and I almost didn't run today so I am glad that I did! I finished up with some very, very, light lower body weight training.

See ya tomorrow.
