I was able to get out around 5pm and I decide to run the mailbox route via Mt Loafer school so I did... I went up to the mailboxes and then over to the top of Harry's Hill, down that and then home via canal road. Anytime I can run this under 60 minutes means it was a good effort, very steep up hill and then some nice downhill, I really didn't push the downhill just tried to have good form and that mile was 7:30. My average pace was 8:17 with a total time of 59:08, it was sure a beautiful day and hot for us, I was parched by the end of the run.

See ya tomorrow.
