I ran out Past Mini Gu and then almost to Gu but turned back about half way to Gu, leg felt a little better today but I still have no zip in the old legs my pace right now is a good minute off my usual training pace so I don't know what's going on there... My average pace 9:13 with a total time of 1:06:16. I am offically 20 pounds heavier than I was in 2008-2009 I really need to get to eating better and seeing if its possible to get back down to 160 or so, right now I am 180 dripping wet and that is not good!
