I ran after work today and I headed out to Payson via canal road and then back to the house. I took it pretty easy on the way out and then I had a negative split on the way back... My average pace was 8:32 with my HR average at 145 my total time was skewed just a bit as I accidentally hit the start button after my run and didn't know it, I hate that, but the best that I could figure was it was 52:06... After the run I jumped on the elliptical for an easy 10 minutes just to wind things down and then I finished up with some strength training on my upper body and then some push-up's. legs felt okay, but my darn calf's are sore with every run and its very frustrating and I don't know what is causing it! Any suggestions anybody? See ya tomorrow.
