I didn't get home from work until after 5 but I headed out towards Mini Gu corner but stopped at the horse arena which is just short of a mile from Mini Gu. I was having problems with my watch so I reset it and headed back to the house. I had two miles that were in the MP range, 7:55, 8:00, my average pace for the run was 8:15 with a total time of 36:30. I felt pretty darn good again and I'm glad I was able to get out. It's amazing to me how when I have a bad day at work if I push myself out the door for a run it seems to make everything right. It doesn't solve the problem but it makes everything right at home, and that's what counts! That's why I love this sport and how when I have been injured in the past how tough it is to handle day to day problems with out it. I am so glad that I have the opportunity to run, I shall never take it for granted again.

See ya tomorrow.
