I would like to stay healthy this year and qualify for Boston, 2008 was pretty tough injury wise...

Stay healthy and keep running until I'm really old, and maybe run a sub 3 hour marathon...

First run since I have had this darn cold...  It has really zapped me bad, I just took it easy and enjoyed the great weather and the bright sunshine. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 53:57.
