I picked up a Cough on Tuesday and then it progressed into a sinus infection so I desided to try and sweat it out of me. I was headed out to Mini Gu but when I hit the T I was having a hard time breathing so I turned back. Pace was slow and easy at a 9:08 average and then a total time of 31:41, I feel like crap but oh well at least I got something in. I also did some one legged squats to finish up on the Bowflex.
I havent ran since the the 1st of December... I was sick for a good 3 weeks and I have had some rib pain but I got her done today and I huess its a start. I finhed yup with some upper and lower body weight training and some push-ups. My average pace was 9:07 with a total time of 31:36.
I ran the Salem Days 5K route in reverse. I felt pretty decent but a little tired coming up 100 east, average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 29:10, I finished up with some upper body and lower body weight training.
