I ran out past the old barn and headed towards Payson and extended out to my 2 mile mark, I took a short walking break and then headed back to the house. Foot was just a little of a bother this morning which is a good sign, Its still not 100% but it feels like its getting better. My back on the other hand was not so good, I had some moments in the run that my right leg felt like it was going to collapse on me, but I was able to get through the run. Its Hell to get old! I finished up with my upper body weight training and then some push-ups, the plan for this week is to run 4 miles a day and see how I do, I long to be Pain free! See you tomorrow.
