Highline canal route, a little uphill and then a little downhill, I flet okay on the uphill but then on the downhill I had some pain where I've been having it as of late from the bottom of my butt muscles and then halfway down my legs. So it must have something to do with going downhill because I didn't feel it on the uphill or when I'm running on the flat. Although I did feel it after the downhill on the flat so it must get weak in that area. I don't know why. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 29:12, I finished up with some upper body weight training.
