43:00 minutes on the elliptical, leg felt really good, I also did 35 minutes of lower body weight training (legs), and some crunches using the big rubber ball, added 80 push-ups between sets of crunches... This was the first time that I didn't have any pain with my leg, so that is a good sign, mainly from the standpoint that atleast I know it will eventually heal. There is always that fear of the unknown that just maybe it won't heal, but it always does... There is that comfort that I will sometime in the near future be back to full strength, and back on the road again with all the other crazy ruinners out there. That's about it.

You rock, Clay. You are going to come out of this with your fitness still mostly intact. Keep up the hard work and it will pay off when you are able to start running again. With any luck, your tibia will heal stronger than before.

Good job today little Bro. Very nice workout. I cancelled my SGM today. Bummer. But that's ok. I will keep up the elpitical and the weight's get my leg better, and start to get ready for Ogden in the spring. Your my Hero!!!!!
