I felt liek crap the whole way and my legs were toast and tired the entire distance, I'm wondering how thw heck I am going to run SGM in a month. My average pace was so slow at 9:37 with a total time of  2:25:12, so thats about a minute thirty slower than just what my training pace usually is. Frustrated.
