64:00 minutes on the elliptical this morning, shin felt pretty good, a little sore right when I got out of bed but then once I got going it felt pretty good... I am pretty tired of this working inside crap it is really boring, I put down 6 miles for the effort I had the RPM averaging above 100 for most of the workout so I was a sweatin machine... I am hoping this leg heals up quickly atleast that is my prayer, morning,  noon and night... See ya Monday.

Clay, good job, keep up areobic conditioning. Try this, if you have not already, get some dixie cups, fill with water, freeze them. Three times a day, ice your shin for 10 minutes with a circular motion with the dixie cup. Tear off the top of the dixie cup as you need to expose the ice. Put a towel under you leg, it gets wet. I had a physical therapist show me this trick, the best way to ice. Good luck

Clay

Always good to see you out. Keep working hard and you'll be there for SGM. Go easy-run hard.

Keep it up Clay. I know it sucks to train inside, but be patient. Your patience will pay off in the long run.
