Well today was a good day, my legs felt really good starting out and I decided that I would run as long as my legs would let me! I wanted to keep my pace around 9:15ish and just cruise around but I had five of the miles that were really good so I will count those as MP miles even though they were about a minute off where I should be. Those went as follows; mile 5 8:30, mile 6 8:37, mile 9 8:33, mile 11 8:35, mile 12 8:09. Pretty good considering where I have been since coming back from my injury, if I improve as much over the next few weeks as I have for these first two weeks I should be okay:-) That last mile was really cool because I didn't feel like I was working any harder than the other miles, I seemed to get stronger as the run went on which I haven't been able to do since my injury. My average pace for the whole run was 8:42 with my heart rate average at 149 and total time was 1:45:22, I am hoping for things to continue to improve and I would like to do some tempo training in the up coming weeks to see if I can get some of my speed back. But of course that has to depend on how I am doing over all, but today was a good day, small victories are always fun!

See ya Monday.
