I will be doing the elipitcal glider this evening, I have to do something... If It doesn't seem like it is getting better then I might have to lay off completely, but I will see on that. I will up-date later this evening and let you know how it went, I know that yesterday when I was walking it got hot under my support that I was wearing and it almost helped to have it heating up, so I tryed some heat on it last night to see if it would help, along with the Ice... I will see ya later tonight.

PM- I did 64:00 on the eliptilcal glider, the RPM average was above 90 for most of the workout... Not much pain if any on the leg, which was pretty cool, but it has been sore for most of the day so that was surprising that it did so good. I will continue with the elliptical for now and see how my leg does, it really kicked my butt tonight, it felt goooood... I am putting down 7 miles for the workout, I went by my heart monitor which averaged between 135 and 145 and for the time I think it justified the 7 miles.

Way to go, Clay - we used to have an elliptical, and it kicked my butt, too. Elliptical is an awesome aerobic exercise that is no impact. Your legs will love you for the break from the pounding. I would recommend that when you start up running again, mix in easy runs with elliptical workouts to not bring back all the pounding at once - your legs will need to get used to it again.

Awesome! Ya that elliptical sure can give an effective cardio workout. Keep it up for a good while so your leg can heal, I'm thinking at least 2 weeks. And then introduce running gradually, in combination with your ellipicizing, or whatever you want to call it. You are gonna be great. CLAY ROCKS!
