I did 43 minutes on the elliptical, and then did some core training on the rubber ball along with some push-ups. Heart rate during the elliptical was around 135 to 140... I was able to see how everyone did at the speedy spaniard 10K today and it seems everyone did really well. Not much else to say except tomorrows another day, see ya then.

Keep it going! I would say you need to stay on that blasted machine til you hit 60 minutes. Gotta keep up the "steamin" :)

Michelle, I don't think I have it in me to stay on that darn machine that long, the motivation is just not there! My goal right now is to just make sure I do something every day, that's about all I've got in me!
