I just did an easy run out towards Payson via canal road. I just wanted to shake the old legs out for the race tomorrow and I have to say that my legs are feeling pretty dead so I hope I can run a respectable race tomorrow... My average pace was 8:50 with my HR rate at 136, total time was 35:55. I didn't run yesterday. My friend called me and needed a forth for a scramble up at Wasatch Golf course, we ended up winning which was cool. It was colder than heck, we teed off at 8:00 am so it was pretty brisk for the middle of September, but it was fun! I finished up the day with some weight training on the Bowflex, I'll see you after the race tomorrow and hopefully I do well.

See ya later

Good luck tomorrow, I wish that I was running. Good job on the win yesterday. We won a scramble on the Mtn course last friday, 13 under and we won. It was cold when we golfed too, but it sure is pretty up there right now.

Clay, let er rip in the race, count road kill, fast and smooth like silk, hang on, hand on to that pace the last two miles and you will get a great time. Commando points to be had!
