Hills this morning. I felt really good on this route this morning and I beat last weeks time by a long ways. My average pace was 7:53 with a total time 49:53, MP miles were, 7:50, 8:00, 7:22, and 7:27 this was on the flat. I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups, it was a grat run and a beautiful morning.
