My legs were a little better this morning but still very, very, sore! My buttocks problem is still there but not as bad as it was yesterday, but still bad enough to slow me way, way down:-( Average pace was 9:25 my average HR was 132 total time was 48:48, really, really slow... I got passed by Mac running at light speed, she was a blurr, but hey I was able to pass sideways man twice so I have that to build on;-) There is this guy that I pass running every other day on my Payson route who is bent in a reverse C and so it looks like he is walking sideways, but you have to give the guy credit, he's about 90 and is out there doing it so it is inspiring! I hope I continue to improve for tomorrow so I can go a little farther but I might not go very far just to let all these nagging injuries heal up...

See ya tomorrow.

Clay, I'm such a Jerk, I'm so sorry I didn't say HELLO! I'm never sure if its you or not! I wouldn't say light speed. Good run! Next time I will pause to say Hello, you should trip me if I don't! HAHA

No worries Mac you looked like you were in a tempo speed trance so I didn't give it a second thought, your doing great! Keep working hard!

Clay..sorry but.....that's a real pain the butt man. I have had weird things like that crop up on me after a day of doing something I don't normaly do. Hopefully it gets better.

McKenzie..I know exactly how you feel. I run in the early morning hours and have bad eyes anyway, sometimes I can't tell who I am passing until they're right on top of me and then they're gone.

Brent-I don't think so I have had that in the past but it is usually on the right side and it goes all the way down my leg... This just feels like a big knot in my muscle, so I don't know what to think.

I did get into St. George Brent.
