Another morning run under my belt and boy was it dark, it's hard to get use to... I ran the payson park loop and my legs were pretty tired from the hard workout yersterday afternoon, so the pace was slow and easy. Average pace was 9:11 with my HR average at 139, total time was 56:26. After the run I jumped on the ellipticasl for just an easy 10 minutes to loosen up the legs and then I finished up with my strength training on my upper body and some push-ups. Thats about it for today I am pressed for time so I got get going.

See ya tomorrow.

Brent-I am planning on running the utah valley half in June, now if I can just remember to sign up for it. Each day that goes by I keep forgetting, which is a sure sign of old age;)
