I ran out to Gu Corner via canal road, it was pretty nice this morning and i ran in shorts it was in the 20's but the sun was out so it felt a lot warmer than it rally was. My pace was pretty steady at8:26 with a total time of 1:08:25, I had some faster miles in the middle that flet pretty easy and they were 8:11, 8:15. I felt pretty good for the most part but I was getting a little tired towards the end, I think my pace was a little faster than it should have been but I jsut went with it.

I ran out towards Payson today after work around 5 or so, felt pretty good so did some pickups from telephone pole to telephone pole just to liven things up. Average pace was 8:22 with one sub 8 minute mile in the middle (7:45) with a total time of 35:35, I finished up with some light upper body weight training.

Early afternoon run today, I ran in shorts and a long sleeve it felt great! I ran out to the base of Harry's Hill and then back to the house, average pace was slow at 9:00 with a total time of 40:53. My legs felt like lead today and my back was a little stiff so my motion was a little strained at times but I was glad that I was able to get a run in. I finished up with some lower body weight training, squats, one legged squats and leg presses double and single leg, and then some push-ups. It was a good day.

I was able to get out this morning just after 9:30 and I ran out to Gu corner via canal road, I was kind of disappointed there was no water there so I headed back to the house and then once I got back to the house I tacked on a couple more miles out to the old barn and back. My watch ran out of battery so I don't have any numbers, but just before I got back to the house I was averaging an 8:30 mile for the run to that point and the last 2 miles were about the same, except for the last mile I was a little tired so it was slower. So 8:30 sounds good, after the run I did my lower body weight training; squats leg raises and the like.

I ran after work today, I was able to get out just after 4:30pm and I headed out towards Payson and I extended up the little hill into Payson all via canal road. My average pace was slow at 8:50 with a total time of 45:39, after I finished the run I felt okay so I jumped on the elliptical for 2.10 miles in 20 minutes. After the elliptical I finshed up with my upper body weight training and then some push-ups. It was a good start to the week.

I ran this morning before work and I ran out past Mini Gu via canal road, I felt pretty good going out but the last couple were a little more laboring. Average pace was 8:38 with a total time of 1:01:57, after the run I did my lower body weight training. I will run tomorrow morning before heading down to St. George and then I'll run over the weekend down there, should be a fun time.

Im in St George for the next few days so I ws bale to run on the trails, I started from the Abby Inn and then went down past the DC Center and then I went up around the golf course for a little bit then back to the DC and then back to the hotel. It was a beautiful morning I wanted to get in 10 miles but I slept in and then ran out of time, average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 1:02:29.

Now its time for some soccer.

I ran after work today, I got out just after 4:30 and I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house all via canal road. I ran into a pretty stiff head wind but I managed the best that I could, it was pretty warm. My average pace 8:38 with a total time of 52:33, after the run I did some lower body weight training, just the usual stuff, felt pretty good today just kind of got her done.

I ran before work this morning. I ran out towards Payson Park but stopped a little short, my legs were gone from the get go this morning it felt like a death march the whole way but I was able to stay with it and get her done. Average pace was real slow at 9:13 with a total time of 57:31, I really struggled today for some reason I must have worked my legs to hard yesterday with the strength training... No time for my upper body weight training this morning I am running late and I need to get going.

I ran out to Mini Gu via canal road and then back to the house, it felt like a death march again on the way out but then on the way back I was able to get into a pretty good flow and things seemed a little bit better. My pace was still pretty slow because of the tired leg deal, pace was a 9:00 average with a total time of 54:36, after the run I did my lower body weight training just to finish up. I'm glad I was able to get out.

I ran after work today and I ran out to Payson Park and back all via canal road, it was sure nice out and I was a bit over dressed but I still ran in shorts. I felt pretty good today and the pace seemed pretty easy for the most part, average pace was 8:24 with a total time of 1:00:17, I also felt pretty good on the rollers too so that is a good sign. After the run I did my upper body weight training and then finished up with some push-up, it was a good start to the week.

I ran after work and was able to get out just before 5pm and I ran out to Mini GU and then  back to the house all via canal road, the legs were not as chipper today but they did feel better towards the end of the run which is a good sign. Average pace was slower at 8:45 with a total time 53:19, I finished up with some lower body weight training just the usual; Squats, one legged squats and some leg raises and some calf raises.

My son Ethan made the JV varsity squad for soccer as a freshman today!!! I am so proud of him he has worked his guts out the last 5 or 6 years getting ready for this one day and it paid off!!!

I ran 5 miles on my own and then My niece and my nephew and my daughter wanted to go for a run so I ran 2 miles with them. The 2.06 miles with them we ran in 18:28 with an 8:59 average and then the 5.17 miles on my own was 46:03 and an average pace of 8:53... I didn't feel real great on the first 5 miles but I did feel better on the 2 miles that I ran with them, pace was slow on both runs for sure.
