Get more consistent like I was 5 to 6 years ago. 2020 I'd like to just run more overall.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and keep running until I'm really old, and maybe get a Boston Qualify.

It was too cold outside for my old muscles so I hit the ellipitcal for 4 minutes, I just kept the pace steady and upbeat

30 minute treadmill run with some upper and lower body weight training to finish up, along with some push-ups. At least I didn't let the day get away with out doing nothing so that is a plus.

Out to the T and back after work, I felt better on the way back than I did on the way out but its all good and I'm glad I got out. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 31:05.

My goal was to run for 60 minutes or 6 miles which ever came first, I settled on the 6 miles which is double my volume for the week. My average pace 8:58 with a total time of 54:54, I finished up with some upper and lower body weight training and some push-ups. I have had a good consistant week. Its a good start.

Out past the T and toward Power house road. It was a beautiful afternoon shorts and no beanie and I out my gloves away on the way back. I felt okay just trying to work my way back and i know its going to take some time. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 36:22.

Out towards Payson and back via canal road, my breathing was a lot better than yesterday which was nice. I finished up with some upper and lower body weight training on the Bowflex. My average pace was 8:57 with a total time 43:03.

I started out past the stake Center but the storm was rolling in so I turned around and just stayed close to the house. It statred to hail so I headed for home and got home just intime to watch the light show. My average pace 8:56 with a total time of 27:57.

I ran a little Farther out to Gu Corner and back via canal road, my legs felt pretty good and I can see that the strength training is starting payoff, I just have to stay with it. My aveage pace was8:53 with a total time of 1:12:18, I finished up with some upper and lower body weight training and some push-ups.

Ouit towards Mini Gu but I stopped short, I did a couple of quicker Pick-ups on the last mile and I had a pretty good Split on that mile, 7:53. My average pace was a little better today overall at 8:34 with a total time of 45:00 minutes flat. I finished up with some Squats.

I ran Pretty Little Hill Via canal road this morning. I can't believe how beautiful it is in the mornings, I felt okay put the pace weas slower but thats okay. My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 46:27, I finished up with some squats and leg raises and some push-ups.
