I ran out to the old BYU farm, out and back my legs felt a lot better this morning so I did my regular 7 mile loop. My average pace for that loop was 8:36 with my heart rate at 141 total time was 1:00:40... After seeing my daughter of to the bus I decided to head out to the old Barn on Canal Road for a few more, I kept it a nice easy pace just trying to cool down and that was an average pace of 8:55, total time was 18:06. My average heart rate was 138, legs felt pretty good through both runs and so I was happy with that, I hope that tomorrow I will be able to do another recovery run to get ready for Saturdays long run. My goal for next week will be to have a reduced mileage week as this is my 4th week in row of higher mileage, at least for me its higher mileage...

Last night I had the opportunity to go with the youth in our ward to the temple to do Baptisms for the dead, it was a lot of fun mainly because I was able to go with my daughter Abby and dunk her a few times, it was a great experience... She's a great kid and I am very blessed to have her in my life, she keeps me on my toes!

See ya tomorrow.

Clay I was looking for you this morning as I headed out past GU corner and towards the dairy but I guess I must have missed you. Didn't see another soul but it would have been hard to see anyone with how DARK it was!

Good week of running for you. I'm glad to see you and your brother starting to get back into the groove again.

What time were you out there? I usually leave my house in Salem around 6:10 or so. I am sick of the dark as well. I was just getting use to the lighter mornings and then daylight savings time hit us, oh well this to shall pass...

I am happy to have brother back out there on the roads too, he has had a long tough road.

I was probably a bit ahead of you. I left my house around 5:30 and probably reached GU corner a bit before 6. I ran down powerhouse and took the left toward zephyr but turned around before the hill because I needed to get home. Maybe next time I'll bump into. Looks like today we were running about the same pace.

Ya. I need to get up earlier its just so hard ever since we turned the clocks back! Where is zephyr and powerhouse road? I've only lived here all my life and I have no clue where I'm at! Go figure.
