45:00 minutes on the elliptcal at an easy pace, heart rate average was 128 so just a nice recovery type workout... I also did the standard lower body workout on the bowflex and core training for about 30 miuntes, using the rubber ball and doing push-ups in between sets . Monday it will be 4 weeks since I last ran, so I am getting close and I feel good as far as my leg goes I have been able to hop on it and there is no pain. the doctor said that this is a good sign that I have healed and am ready to go. But he wants me to take another week off before I start testing it out, so I will heed his advice... That will put me at 5 weeks, so then I will try and do a couple of laps around the track to try it out and then go from there.

See ya tomorrow

Dude you are almost there! I know it has been hard as heck but when you look back on it you will know that it was worth it. Keep up the good work and stay focused. Your shins wil be stronger than ever now that they have a chance to fully heal. Just remember to ease back into it nice and easy. Good luck.

I know. It is a good feeling, October 8th is "D" day so to speak. Right now I can run up the stairs pain free and that hasn't happened for awhile, so that is pretty cool.
