Out towards Payson Park but I stopped short, my legs qwere a little tight at first but then they loosened up nicely and on the inward half I had 3.26 MP miles. My average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 53:17 MP miles were 8:15 uphill and flat, 8:03 flat, 8:00 flat .26 8:18 cooling down, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. Its a good start to the week. Not sure if I will taper to ucg before ST George, Maybe 10 days before I will cut back a little.
